Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tummy Shield. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all returns meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tummyshield.com with your order number and reason for the return.

1.1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be exempt from being returned, including:
Perishable items
Health and personal care items
Gift cards
Customised or personalised products

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

2.1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@tummyshield.com. Depending on stock availability, we will arrange for a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

4.1. Shipping Insurance

If you are returning items of significant value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
