What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, MasterCard and Visa card online. Payment by credit card is made via PayPal and will be processed 24/7 in real-time.
If you wish to pay by bank cheque, bank deposit or money order, please get in touch with our team and we will send you a Mail Order Form. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is cleared.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We process credit card payments via PayPal, which uses advanced encryption technology to protect your financial information during every transaction.
Will I be charged GST?
Yes. GST is included in Tummy Shield®’s cost, so the price you see is the price you’ll pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once placed, orders cannot be amended or cancelled directly online.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email our team at customercare@tummyshield.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you before it leaves our warehouse.
Is Tummy Shield® backed by a warranty?
Yes. Tummy Shield® is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee for your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the product is faulty, you can return it within 14 days of the invoice date to the return address on the parcel.
The refund is subject to the product being returned in new, undamaged condition and its original packaging. Once approved, we will refund the product cost, excluding any Postage and Handling fees.
Refunds will be processed either by cheque or credited to your account, depending on the original payment method.
If you need a replacement, we will ship it to you at no additional cost once we receive the faulty product.

We currently deliver to expectant mums in every state and territory in Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping Australia-wide.
When will I receive my Tummy Shield®?
Your order will be delivered within 14 working days, starting from the date we receive your payment.
Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Australian public holidays.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order in the expected timeframe?
We always do our best to ship your order on or before the estimated delivery date. If there's a stock issue, we’ll notify you via the email you provided.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe and you haven't heard from us, please contact us immediately.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email confirming dispatch as soon as your Tummy Shield leaves our warehouse.
This email will include a tracking number with our delivery partner, Australia Post, which can be used to track your order on its way to you.
What happens if I am not available to receive my order?
If the courier does not find anyone at your address, a calling card will be left with details of how to arrange another delivery time.
If you have opted to have your Tummy Shield® left without a signature acceptance, we will not accept any liability for loss, theft or damage to your delivery. You will be solely responsible for any loss to the product after delivery.
