Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases of the Tummy Shield Product provided by 46 Life Pty Ltd t/a Tummy Shield Australia, ABN: 62 677 047 924.
Returns for Purchased Products (Non-Hire)
1. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all purchased Tummy Shield Products.
Eligibility: You may return the Product for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Return: The Product must be:
- In its original packaging.
- In a re-saleable condition.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase (receipt or order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or show evidence of modification.
- Sale items are generally not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged (see Section 3).
2. Initiating a Return (Purchase)
To initiate a return under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at support@tummyshield.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Mandatory Safety Survey: This survey is emailed upon receipt of your email to confirm if the Tummy Shield was involved in any vehicle accident, collision, or airbag deployment. Completion is essential to verify the Product's integrity and is a prerequisite for refund processing.

- Recommendation: If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the Product you received (either purchased or hired) is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item:
- We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- The Company will bear the cost of shipping both the replacement item and the return of the compromised unit.
- Please contact us immediately at support@tummyshield.com to arrange the exchange.
4. Refund Procedure
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit (excluding original shipping fees for purchases) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of the product successfully being inspected and the Safety Survey being completed.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If a refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@tummyshield.com.
