  3. The item is in its original state (unused and re-saleable)
  4. The item is in its original packaging, complete with any instruction manuals and all included accessories

Returning your product

If you want to return your product, you’re required to bear the expense of returning the goods to Tummy Shield whether purchased in-store or online.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Tummy Shield may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with a refund to the current value of the item provided that:

  1. The item is in its original state (unused and re-saleable)
  2. The item is in its original packaging, complete with any instruction manuals and all included accessories
  3. We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Tummy Shield or an authorised reseller

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
